Crabcakes

If you even have crab left over! Right? There is never enough. Try this, they were amazing and made 7 Crab Cakes.

1 1/2 cup crab meat with sautéed onions, garlic, etc.
1 1/2 cup roasted red potatoes
1 egg
Cayenne, Salt, Pepper, Herbs
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh French bread

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and make into balls, then crab cakes. Butter the grill and cook on one side until golden then flip.

Served on top of lettuce and Goddess dressing (TJ's) and topped with fresh tomatoes.
